TIMES FOR ENTRY AND DEPARTURE

Depatures: until 11:00

  • Tidy up children’s areas once used.
  • Report any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking.
  • No room services. (From the fourth night sheets and towels are changed).
  • You are asked to respect the rest time for guests and all the installations
  • We are in a privileged natural environment, which we ask you to take care of as well as all the wildlife that inhabit it.
  • IN THE EVENT OF NEEDING CHANGES IN ENTRY / DEPARTURE SCHEDULES, BREAKFAST BEFORE PERFORMING ANY ACTIVITY, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL SITUATION, PLEASE NOTIFY US AT THE TIME OF MAKING THE RESERVATION.

*  The reservation will be considered effective only after you have paid 30% of the amount of the stay.

CONDITIONS FOR PETS (DOGS)

  • You can only be with your dog in your room, in the two rooms on the ground floor. They are not allowed in the rest of the house.

  • We have a large enclosure, with a covered area for anyone who would like his or her dog to be outside.Dogs can move freely in the garden as long as the owners are with them, watching over them and collecting their excrement.

  • Only dogs that have a good relationship with other dogs, cats and people will be accepted, as they will have to live together.

  • If the owners leave the hostel and cannot take the dog with them, they can leave it in the enclosure. We do not take responsibility for the dog.

  • You should ALWAYS check before booking.

  • Owners must sign a document where they take responsibility for any damage that the dog may cause during their stay.

  • Alimentation of the dog is the responsibility of the owner.

  • Under no circumstances will animal abuse be tolerated.
